Job Description
We are hiring a Full Time Office Professional to work out of our office in Blaine. The hours for this position are 8:30 to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
This position will wear many hats:
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling of Crews
- Dispatching Trucks
- Invoicing
- Some Sales Calls (No Cold Calls or Telemarketing)
- Calling on Maintenance Contracts
- Miscellaneous Office Duties
Our office is located in Blaine MN. We offer a competitive hourly pay, based on your experience, education, and skills. Background check required for employment.
Bullets about this position:
- Hourly pay, paid weekly $18 – $20 dependent on experience, skills and education.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Evaluate customer needs to schedule/dispatch proper truck and equipment.
- Computer Skills, especially MS Office and Outlook.
- Sales Experience a plus.
- Dispatching Experience would be great.
